Irrigation Warranty:
- 1st. freeze (pipe, heads)
- 1 year on (backflow, valves, clock)
Spring Opening:
1. The back flow preventer is first pressurized and checked for any leaks.
2. All zones are tested.
3. Rotary heads are checked to make sure they are rotating.
4. Spray heads are checked to be sure that the nozzles are not clogged and that they pop up and go back down.
5. Any sprinkler heads that are blocked due to overgrowth will be raised.
6. All sprinkler heads are checked for proper adjustment.
Sprinkler System Mid-Season Tune Ups:
1. Raise existing heads to surpass grown shrubs and bushes.
2. Replace damaged or broken sprinkler heads with new ones.
3. Updating your time clock with new state of the art programmers which are reliable and efficient.
4. Adding drip zones to assist in the watering of more delicate flowers in beds.
Winterizing Sprinkler System:
We will call the customer in advance when it’s time to have the system shut down so it can be serviced and shut down properly so the irrigation lines don’t freeze and crack which can lead to costly repairs. We will turn the system off and then pressurize the system with compressed air forcing all the water out of the lines which makes a freeze-proof system for the winter.
